What You’ll Do
- Call and follow up with warm leads and existing customers
- Complete auto, home, renters, and life insurance quotes
- Deliver clear, bilingual guidance to help families protect what matters
- Build strong relationships through consistent communication
- Meet daily/weekly goals for calls, quotes, and follow-ups
- Participate in weekly coaching on sales and communication
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) – REQUIRED
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience a plus (not required – we provide training)
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
