Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Account Associate

What We Offer:
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Year 1 earning potential: $55K–$82K+

Your responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads and existing customers
- Provide auto, home, renters, and life insurance quotes
- Explain coverage clearly in English and Spanish
- Build long-term client relationships
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals
- Participate in weekly sales coaching
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
